Jayvon can be pretty cheeky at times!
We brought him for his favourite Swensen’s breakfast meal over last weekend, and I video-ed this down, as I wanted to show how talkative he is. He can really yak and yak and YAK nonstop in our presence.
Once, out of the blue, he turned to our domestic helper and told her “Umah, sit chair, cut hair…” And how he will command his Daddy to “Daddy, room (in)side take Bear Bear (for) Jayvon!”
Grammar-wise, he still has loads to learn, but ah well, it is a delight to “talk” to him. It is so funny when I ask him “Did you have fun today in the Nursery?” and he will purse his lips and go “Hmmm…… Hmmmm……” and concentrate before blurting out “Play carcar!” or one of his Nursery friends’ names!
But… this video (unfortunately) couldn’t capture his linguistic ability.
